By using Scoutigo, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

1. About Scoutigo

Scoutigo is a free price comparison service operated by Scoutigo Pty Ltd (ABN pending). We check prices across Australian retailers so you can find the best deal without visiting multiple websites. Scoutigo is free to use — we earn a commission from retailers when you make a purchase through our links. This never affects the price you pay.

2. Price accuracy

We check prices directly from retailer listings and aim to keep them as current as possible. However:

• Prices can change at any time without notice.
• A price shown on Scoutigo may not reflect the price at the time of purchase.
• Stock availability is not guaranteed.
• Always confirm the final price at the retailer's website before completing your purchase.

Scoutigo Pty Ltd is not liable for any difference between a price shown on Scoutigo and the price charged by a retailer.

3. Affiliate links and commissions

Links to retailer websites on Scoutigo may be affiliate links. If you click through and make a purchase, Scoutigo may receive a commission from the retailer. This commission is paid by the retailer and does not increase the price you pay. Product rankings on Scoutigo are based on price — lowest first — and are never influenced by commission rates. 4. Third-party websites

Scoutigo links to third-party retailer websites. We have no control over the content, pricing, availability, or terms of those websites. Visiting a retailer's website is subject to that retailer's own terms and conditions.

5. No warranties

Scoutigo is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that search results will be complete or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Scoutigo Pty Ltd excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from use of the service.

6. Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where Scoutigo is a consumer service, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service.

7. Your conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Scoutigo for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to scrape, copy or systematically extract data from Scoutigo.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.
• Submit false or misleading information through any form on the site.

8. Changes to the service

We may update, change or discontinue any part of Scoutigo at any time without notice. We may also update these terms — the "last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of Scoutigo after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
